Advocate Roshan Santhalia is an exuberant and a talented lawyer who has more than 8 years of experience at the bar. He is expert in the fields of Criminal Laws, Constitutional Laws and Commercial Laws. He pursued his B.A. (Hons) LLB from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad in 2011 and completed his MSc Criminal Justice from Oxford University in 2012.
He has represented his clients before the Hon`ble Supreme Court of India under both Civil and Criminal Jurisdictions. Moreover, he has also secured relief for his clients under Article 32 and 226 of the Constitution from various High Courts of the country. His area of expertise not only limits to civil and criminal cases but also extends to the domain of commercial, arbitration, matrimonial and inheritance disputes.
He qualified as an Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court in 2018 and is presently working on cases related to investigations/prosecutions launched by the Central Bureau of Investigation, Economic Offences Wing and Enforcement Directorate under Indian Penal Code / Corruption / Money Laundering laws.
