About the editor
Ms. Devolina Chakravarti, upon completion of her bachelor’s in commerce from Banaras Hindu University, pursued graduation in General Laws LLB (Hons.) from Fergusson College, Pune University. She holds a postgraduate degree in Law, from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, with a specialization in Public International Law and Technology Laws. She has also been invited to participate in international conference on UN Security Council at University of St. Gallen, Switzerland and has published an excerpt of her article (“Trade Channels used to generate Slush Funds”) on India Business Law Journal. Subsequent to her LLM in 2016, she started working with ICICI Lombard for management of Insurance Claims. She has an extensive experience in the field of litigation, dispute resolution, legal research and contracts. She is also a graduate in Music and has secured Distinction in National Science Olympiads and National Talent Search Examinations.
Presently she is working as a Consultant with Ernst & Young, LLP, one of the four largest professional services networks in the world, focusing on Compliance and Regulatory Risk Advisory for corporate, government and public sector.
