About the editor
M/s. Sukanya Singha is an energetic and ebullient lawyer who has completed her bachelors in law (B.A.L.L.B) from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar. She did her masters in law (L.L.M.) from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. She has registered herself for Ph.D. from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi with Specialization in Criminal Law, International Law and Human Rights. She chose teaching as her career and was Assistant Professor in Symbiosis Law School, Noida from 1st December, 2014 to 10th January, 2017. She is currently working as Assistant Professor of Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. She teaches various subjects from Indian Penal Code, Special Contracts, International Law, Civil Procedure Code to Human Rights.
She has various publication to her credit. she has also presented her papers in various national and international seminars. She has also been attendee of various conferences and programmes. She added another feather to her cap by getting distinction in the LL.M. Dissertation Paper titled “Legal Protection of the Internally Displaced Persons: A Study of Kashmiri Pandits.”
