About the editor
Vighnesh Balaji is currently working as Assistant Professor (Law) and prior to that practised Law in Delhi. He brings into academia his practical experience in law. He finished his LL.M. (Constitutional and Criminal Law) from National Law University Delhi and his BA LL.B. (Hons.) with Political Science and Economics as Electives from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow.
He did a Summer School Programme with full scholarship on Intellectual Property Rights in Xiamen University, China and a Certificate Course on Cyber Laws from the Indian Law Institute. He won the National Client Counselling Competition organized by NUSRL Ranchi and has engaged in various other law school competitions. He has published and presented his papers in various conferences.
Vighnesh Balaji is a regular at judging moot courts and ADR competitions across law schools in India. He likes to observe and write on social, cultural and legal aspects. He is deeply interested in the philosophy of martial arts and holds a Red-Black Belt in Tae-Kwon-Do.
